Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

CERISSE bespoke headboard or other bespoke projects as agreed by the Partner or customer are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, please enclose your receipt and returning purchase or purchases.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 3 days.


We are happy to do exchanges across our cushions. Please enclose which cushion you would like to exhange and we will take care of this once your return is received.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 106-108 BOSTALL LANE, LONDON SE2 0QS.

The cost of your return shipment is covered by the company please send your return receipt to customercare@cerisse.co.uk where this will be included with your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service.
