We believe that shopping at Cerisse should always have a personal touch. That’s why hundreds of our products are available for delivery by our friendly in-house delivery team. Plus, we offer free delivery to most of mainland UK on orders over £300!

– Unfortunately free delivery is only available to mainland England and Wales at this time.

Order before 1pm for Next Day Delivery*

– Your order will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery if the order is placed before 1pm.

– Items must be in stock in our warehouse to qualify for next day delivery.

*This excludes the Highlands. Deliveries to this areas can take an additional 10 days on top of advised lead time.

Delivering to Scotland & the Highlands

Due to the location of our warehouse bulky or fragile items being delivered to hard to reach areas such as Scotland & the Highlands will be subject to a charge of £150. However, if the actual costs of fulfilment exceed this we will contact you with details of the surcharge and you will have the option to continue with your order or not.

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

 

SELECT YOUR TIME SLOT

IT’S ON ITS WAY!

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a text confirming it is on its way.

 

OUT FOR DELIVERY

On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a text confirming your order is out for delivery.

 

YOUR ORDER ARRIVES SAFELY

You will receive a final text to confirm your order has successfully been delivered.

MADE TO ORDER

At Cerisse, we are proud to offer a wide range of products that are handmade to order with your choice of upholstery, finishes and fittings. For this reason, delivery timeframes for made to order items will vary depending on the supplier. You can view an estimate of the lead time on the product page of your desired made to order item.

Once your item is complete, it will be delivered to our warehouse. Our logistics team will then contact you to arrange delivery to your home at a time to suit you.

When will I know that my order has been dispatched?

We will contact you via email or phone to let you know that your order is on its way!

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR NEXT DAY/SATURDAY DELIVERY?

Need an item in a hurry? We offer Next Day and Saturday Delivery on in stock small items shippable by Parcel Force.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Order an item by 1pm to qualify for Next Day Delivery (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Order an item by 1pm the Friday before to qualify for Saturday Delivery.

I live in Ireland, Scotland or Europe. When will my items be delivered?

Unfortunately, some addresses in Ireland, Scotland and Europe are outside the delivery radius of our in-house delivery team. For this reason, delivery times may vary.

Small items will be posted to you and arrive at your home within 5-10 working days. Larger items will be delivered by a trusted external courier service. For this reason, we are unable to estimate exact delivery timeframes, however the courier team will be able to update you on shipping progress.

Do you deliver items separately?

Yes. If you have ordered multiple small items – some of which are in stock and others which are out of stock – we can ship these items separately at an additional charge (see Delivery Charges above).

However, if you are willing to wait until all of your items are in stock, we can ship these together at the standard rate. If you don’t require items in a hurry, this is our recommended option as it will use less packaging in line with our environmental ethos!

All UK mainland consignments are fully tracked and a signature is required upon delivery.

Where is my order?

Leave us your mobile number at checkout to receive live delivery updates for small items from our courier, Parcel Force. If you would prefer not to leave your mobile number, don’t worry! You can find your tracking number in your dispatched email.

In the unlikely event that your order fails to arrive, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

GOOD TO KNOW / THINGS TO NOTE

In the rare instance that an item is out of stock with both us and our supplier, we may not be able to deliver your item to you within the timeframes estimated above. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know when the item is estimated to be available. When the item arrives into our warehouse, we will contact you to notify you of dispatch. Alternatively we will issue a refund if requested.
